I've gotten rid of that bloated content management system Joomla and decided to scale things down to a more basic HTML design via KompoZer. Sure, it's not flashy and yeah it can't embed things like YouTube videos, but it has a more homegrown feel to it. Plus I don't have to muck around with things like MySQL databases and tear down a boatload of default sample data. Plus with services like the Wiki, Cy-BB and Blog being managed through packages, the meat and potatoes of the site will be pretty easy to maintain and update.
